Wow! I didn’t have time for my usual 45 minute barre and came across your class and thought I would give it a go thinking this will do and was very pleasantly surprised. I don’t know how these classes keep getting more challenging but I love it even when I’m dying on the mat! I will certainly try more of your classes. ❤️

Oh gosh single hand push ups were so challenging for me ialso can't roll up too😢 I could do it few years ago but I think my abdominal muscles have become very weak because I have gained a lot of weight during last few years

Single arm pushups are hard! So you can modify on your knees with both arms to do a regular pushup instead. Build strength there first. As for the roll up you can bend your knees and hold onto your back of thighs to assist the roll up. I hope this helps! Jacinta x
