During this corona crisis, I do a lot of yoga, but no other forms of training. Today I challenged myself to go inline skating again for the first time in years. My body was clearly not used to this exercise and I longed for some yoga afterwards. Purely on duration I found this great after workout class. Just what I needed! Thank you so much, Namasté.

I'm always wanting more of a stretch in pigeon, and when you had us be sure to evenly distribute our weight to both sides in that pose, I finally got what I have been wanting, to feel something in pigeon! 🎉🙏🏽❤

This is truly one of my favorite cool down yoga stretches...even hours after a workout! It gets the muscles stretched, elongated and blood flowing everywhere to prevent and work out any knots in my legs and increase flexibility everywhere! Thank you for a great workout!

I love the way how you explain all the poses, it's so easy to follow even without looking at the screen and also that you mention it is okay to bend our knees if we are not that flexible, it makes me feel less insecure. The way you remind us to breathe slowly. So amazing. I love all your lessons but this is my all time favorite!

For the pose near the end(elivated hips on block with legs suspended in air) I noticed it’s a lot more comfortable if you put your arms behind you flat on the ground to open up your lungs making it easier to breath.

I had been feeling very tight and tired in my hips and hamstrings last week so I took a small break from hip and hamstring stretches. Today tried this cooldown after my workout to get back into it and luckily I am less tight but the calmness I am feeling right now is AMAZING

I pulled a muscle in my neck yesterday, and it hurt at the beginning of this stretch. Now, it is barely noticeable. Amazing!

I do on average an hour and a 1/2 of intense dance aerobics 3 times a week. I love this routine for my cool down. I suffer from multiple sclerosis and if I don't stretch properly after a workout I could have a really badd relapse. But with this cool down it lowers the chances of that happening. Highly recommended
