Wow this was such a good video!! I was looking for a shorter yoga video that was mostly seated stretches and stretching all the important parts of the body, and this is absolutely perfect. Plus you didn't rush through the stretches either. It was the perfect amount of time for each stretch. This will definitely be my new daily warm-up routine. Thank you so much!
