Hi! I've been following u for a while now and love the exercises!!! I have been doing yoga for 21 years and have added your routines. With these dynamic movements I keep my rheumatoid disorder in check & keep the pain away. I want to know more about your training, can u tell me your educational background?
@pneudmatic Жыл бұрын
I just finished your 10 beginner course and it was so well structured that it made following this much easier and I think more effective. Great content. Thank you.

I’ve been following K for 3 years. I can promise you that no matter what your preferred mode of training or fitness may be, (or if like me you like to do lots of things) with patience, and modifications as necessary, you’ll see massive improvement. I can’t recommend MPL enough. Thanks so much, Kellen!

So I really like this non traditional way of moving; in a way you can say it’s primal, accepting of the individuals limitations at the moment, and creative to show us what works and what doesn’t. This is very fun, and with my ADD, and autism symptoms it really keeps my attention too. Great job 🥰, really helps my mornings start off great!

I call the practice different things because it fills different roles at different times. At the end of the day, I just want to give people some space to connect with their body, heal, and move with joy, confidence, and authenticity. Thanks so much for taking the time to comment! Keep on flowin' ✌🏽

Could you mix flow with more cardio and strenght to build a strong body..so in one session you do it all instead of doing it all separately ?
@StrengthFlowFitness Жыл бұрын
Yes of course. It’s just a delicate balance. Generally, wider breadth means less depth. It’s important to spend time nurturing each aspect of your practice individually so that later on it may integrated seamlessly. Strength & flow🔥🌊✨🤍✌🏽
