I’ve been doing this exercise for 5 days now along with a 7 minute full body workout. I’ve lost 4 cm around my waist and 3 cm around my stomach. I can start to see the smallness of my waist getting accentuated. Thanks Lucy .. None can beat your workouts 🧡

I finally tried this new work out….I loved it and if it was a bit earlier I am sure I’d tried for thirty minutes the only reason I know is that I can push my self …and challenge my self to see if I can keep up the pace of Lucy..she’s a bit ahead of me and naturally faster and better….how did I get here…in better shape. ..is Lucy..and me of course…inspirational …the biggest challenge I face is that I don’t have any room where I could stretch out more…but on limited space and Lucy says you don’t need a lot of room …I have stuck it out and just made my space…I have to open two closet doors cause this gives me extra space. And thank you Lucy…you are a woman of your word…so never say I can’t do it…try..a bit everyday and you will want to work out my joints tell me it’s time to work out…and our bodies don’t lie….💐❤️

I've always hated floor exercises and jumping..these standing routines are perfect and so effective. I like that it's just 10 mins or so - any longer and I'd never have the discipline to do them daily..so far I'm managing twice a day though! Thanks so much:)

This is quickly becoming one of my all time favourite routines! I can do it in my hotel room (I travel a lot with work) and I don’t need trainers (so less to pack.) It gives me a nice little cardio work out as well and it goes perfectly with one of the 7-10 minutes toning leg work outs after. Thank you Lucy! ❤

this has to be the simplest workout I have ever done! gonna do this again and hoping to see some results! my muscles were sore after 2 days. I didn't think it would effect them that much :') gonna keep doing this workout now

I am on my 8th week of this challenge. So far I lost 4 inches from my waistline and chunk out 4 kilos from my weight Slowly but at least I am not gaining more fat and weight.

@@jadesparkles4956 no change in diet. I eat the same food I am eating. But I do this workout and her other workout videos everyday I exercise 1-1.5 hours during weekdays and 2-4 hours during weekends I am thinking to change my diet for faster losing weight and fats.

Explaining the importance and specific in this video has helped me to really focus on the "where". I like that this one seems very chill but I felt it very effective more so than other videos. And it Flys by. I struggle with the 7min ab but not this one! It's great lucy!
