Thank u so much Ashley for encouraging us along the video to keep moving. I loved your suggestion of using some tins for resistance. I dont have dumbells and I thought I was gonna do it without them and when u suggested we could use other sort of weight just to give it a bit of resistance, I tried and it was very good!! Yes u are right, a bit of resistance does make a difference. Thanks a lot foe the warm up and coold down videos, Im doing them too to avoid any injuries ❤
