Hi Ash! I follow you from Italy 🇮🇹 and absolutely adore you! I made it to the end, but skipped the core part, since I still have a little bit of diastasis recti post partum (only 1 cm). I was actually wondering if you struggled with that and how did you managed it. do you have some videos that can help? Not actually sure if the abs movements in this video are appropriate in my situation. Thank you 😘

Hi Guilia, 1cm is actually considered a normal amount even in people who have not had babies! Obviously I don’t know how far Postpartum you are or other factors. But if you’re only concerned about the separation then You should feel confident in moving your body in all ways again! Of course Start small, and build up gradually over time 💙

We’ve got alof of wind around at the moment, so had to change it up 🍃 And no reason for wearing them, just trying different things, you stay barefoot if that’s what you enjoy!
