Most of the people think that muscles can be built only by having protein. However, it is not true. A good combination of protein, carbs and fat is necessary. If we talk about protein whey protein is the best for post workout consumption.

I'm 13 now, I recently started building muscle , it's been 3 months now at home and I use my bag with books instead of dumbbells and this diet has certainly helped me get some good gains.

Soya chunks are great, 54gm protein per 100gm plus its rich in all the other micronutrients that are essential, for example 100gm of it contains 350mg of calcium.

Bro if you are gaining than add one banana a spoon of peanut butter some cashew than it will be beneficial If you are on cutting than use skimmed milk i.e. do baar garam krke uski saari malaai utaar k Usme daliya bnaaao or ek teaspoon of peanut butter and Walnuts.
