I m following all these habits from long time. But weight training started from last 2 month. Earlier doing only simple exercise & Yoga. I wake up at 5 am & start my workout with empty stomatch. I sleep at 9.30 pm.

सर आपकी जितने भी टिप्स दी थी सब करके देख ली सब वीडियो की वेजिटेरियन हूं डाइट भी अच्छी लेता हूं ट्रेनिंग भी अच्छी करता हूं इसलिए भी अच्छी लेता हूं डाइजेशन भी अच्छा है जब भी बॉडी नहीं बन रही

Hii i'm Aman Singh From Tiger Gym me aapke bataye gaye saare tips me se something 60 to 70 % Tips follow karta hu. Because i'm pure vegetarian. Isliye me eggs and other nonveg food consume nahi kar sakta. But i will definitely try to follow your mentioned diet better.. Thank You.....
