Yes more beginner friendly stretching would be great! I left another comment about how I am struggling with really stiff muscles. I'm actually worried about injury unless I start getting more flexible. If you have any techniques for people trying to improve flexibility in your 10 to 15-minute beginner friendly format that would be fantastic!

Oh one more note. Now that I've done this one about three or four times I'm realizing for some of the stretches I'm not sure whether I'm doing them right. For some of then you mentioned which muscles we should feel the stretch in. Could you potentially state where we should feel each stretch for the next routine?

wow I feel amazing, the tightness and pin in my back is 90% gone. I'm sick so I chose to do this 'rest-day' workout, glad that I did so!

Thank you for this. I am very VERY stiff. It's to the point that I worry I'll get an injury doing daily activities. Other stretching exercises are too much for me. This one was definitely a challenge, but I could still do it without feeling like I was going to tear a muscle. I'm going to start doing this daily and see how it goes!

Thank you so much for doing this find of workout! I always and will always love your exercise! I have been pushing myself for 2-3 days now to exercise cuz i keep skipping it and to day i still dont feel like it and feel so bad. So I try to comfort myself with your exercise and i just found out that my whole body is so sore! Its hurt everywhere no wonder why i dont feel like exercise cuz i pushed it too much! Anyways thank you so much for making this and the other workout. Love it so bad and you make my day feel good :)

Hello! This is a great routine! For the stretch at 7:18, is it more important to keep the legs straight or to bend the back so that the hands touch the floor? I'm not quite flexible enough to keep both legs straight and still touch the floor.

This stretch would have been an A+ but the music was too jazzy. Stretching is about relaxing the mind and body. And the background music while it was nice it wasn't relaxing for a stretch.
