Finally. A cake that could be done without greek yogurt. I'm in a budget and no, greek yogurt is expensive in my country.

if ur sweetener is great tasting, this’d be on a different level. i used sucralose. it was still very good. substituted 80g egg for 50g egg w yolk and 40g egg white. turned to be 140 cals 14g protein. thanks for this

This will depend on each type of protein powder you are using, for instance, isolated whey may not give as good result as whey/casein blend

@@bye5228 they taste good I’ve tried this before since it’s mainly just egg you need to eat them almost immediately or they’ll deflate. One recipe I’ve been using is this one it’s great IMO you should try it out. Recipe: 60g (32cal) of Nonfat Greek yogurt (I use vanilla flavored) 15g (8cal) Egg beaters or Liquid egg whites 15ml (2cal) Cashew milk or almond or water 18g (66cal) of chocolate protein powder (I use quest) 2g baking powder As much zero calorie sweetener as your heart desires (Don’t add too much if you’re using sweetened yogurt and protein powder or it’ll turn out too sweet) I also noticed certain types of zero calorie sweeteners when baked can turn the brownies somewhat bitter. I had this issue with Stevia but it was my local grocery brand Macros: 107 cal 19.8g protein 5.4g carbs .4g fat I bake at 360F or 180C for 20-25 minutes. I take them out let them cool off for about 10mins then pop it in the fridge for another 10 minutes to cool down. The fridge part is optional I just like cold brownies

I haven’t tried this specific recipe but it will taste depend on sweetener (ie sevia vs brown sugar). There’s plenty of brownies with different tastes and texture so “normal” brownie is only going to taste that way if you make the way you’d expect a “normal” brownie is made :/

Just tried it. It’s basically dry cake texture. Not chewy. It’s still decent. Maybe need to bake it a little shorter. I used a monk fruit molasses sweetener
