I am 64 years old, 52 kg. I do 3 to 4 times a week of slow walking nearly 2 months. But still not losing any kg 😢 Why….? Thanks

Give slow jogging a try! Strongly recommended! If you need to loose weight, you will need a proper meal plan alongside with a regular exercise routine. However I'd say gaining muscle mass would be a good goal for your age.
