Hiii!! So, funny story. I just realized there are under 20 habits in this video which means I must of accidentally deleted a clip BUT the video is still almost 17 minutes long so hopefully you can forgive me. Grab a cup of tea or listen to this one like a podcast episode. :) LOVE YOU ALL!!!

I found this quote in Pinterest saying “Avoiding it doesn’t make it go away. Doing it does”. I know this is a really simple statement but for some reason having it written down so clearly kind of helped me to not procrastinate as much. Because that’s just how simple it is.

I also randomly want to comment that I love how anybody can comment on a video, unrelated to the video, asking for help and people are so kind to reply with encouraging words and advice. Like we are all just one big rad fam helping each other out ❤

I know this may sound like an insane thing to say but do you ever feel that you convey a life of absolute perfection and that can be damaging for people to see? I absolutely love your videos but I find myself comparing and I know I totally shouldn't and it's my problem but to show vulnerability and flaws could make you even more connected with your viewers. Your life looks literally perfect and I know that that is not possible. I'm really not being negative but I have found myself comparing and feeling so inadequate if I have a fight with my partner or have a day of bad depression because you never seem to have or show any issues. Everything just seems great all the time. Just a thought. Love your content and you are a beautiful person inside and out.

My brain started humming the outro song and got really confused by it being absent, haha. Love these tips, especially being outdoors more! That's something I have to work on, it always makes me feel much better when I go for a walk in nature but it doesn't come to me as something I should do when I feel stressed or tired.

CARRIE: I discovered your presence through @alexthevagabond and figured I’d do a Search to find out more about you and your life. 1) I’ve been watching your videos from 1 year ago and REALLY love your content, your coaching and your life philosophy. 2) Understanding that you are both keeping your channels and content [separate], perhaps there’s a way to [interlace] your mantras to your audiences. During your travels with Alex, I’m sure that you are learning something that you can teach others. While on Alex’s channel, SHARE an intro to whatever you’ve learned and Segway into checking out YOUR channel about said topic (via link). Then, on YOUR channel, state whatever you’ve learned and then SHARE where you’ve learned it via a link to Alex’s channel. I understand that it may seem as one of those “risky connections” to intermingle the 2 of your presences together. But you’re getting married and you both will continue sharing your lives with us online and and it’s mutually beneficial. Consider sharing more with us and I’m glad I was curious enough to research your channel and your presence; perhaps others can discover you with more efficiency. Stay Blessed!!

How to deal with the pain of being cheated for so many years at different times and just discovered at once accidentally, this is just eating my soul, I want to improve my health and habits, but this is just way too hard,too painful...unfortunately I have to see “a lot” and images, words, messages etc, don’t go away from my mind for almost a year; and I can’t but just compare myself with each one... I have to be strong because of my kids, but God is just HARD

How do you cope with not being where you want in life? Or not being able to do what you want in life at this moment? Like ex. I would LOVE to garden and grow my own foods...but I live in a condo with no balcony and like no sun.
@bpal56444 жыл бұрын
Bri L sometimes different neighbourhoods have community gardens, you could see if there’s one near you. Or you could see what could be grown indoors. If all else fails just try to be conscious of where your food is sourced, visit farmers markets and support local businesses.
