Join me for a 30 minute LOWER BODY WORKOUT to sculpt your legs and glutes. We'll be using dumbbells for some of the exercises, and body weight only for others. Today I'll be using a set of 15LB dumbbells, so don't be afraid to grab your heavier set for this routine. I've included a quick warm up and cool down as well. So grab your mat and let's get sculpting! 💞 xox Mik
EQUIPMENT:
- Two 15LB Dumbbells (or whichever weights suit you the best)
- Mat
- Wall (optional)

I do your workouts daily. This is my favorite so far. I love the short warm up and cool down. I love the heavier weights mixed in with the floor work. Great job.

This is a toughie, but I was tougher!! Awesome Lower body exercises!! Loved it!!! 🔥💗👍!! So glad that this workout is in Week 6/Day 3 of the Winter Challenge 2023!! My favorites are: the donkey kick to bent knee side lift and the elevated goblet squat!! Love this workout!! Day 6 done ☑️ 😃👐👐

I love the pace you set and the calm voice you use to motivate us. Exactly the kind of video I love! One request-could you group your videos by topic, like Abs, Upper Body, Barre etc.? I don’t know if that’s complicated to do, but it would be awesome to just look at each category instead of scrolling through all the videos to find the specific type I want. Thanks so much,

Thank you so much for this workout! I am 60 something and I have had a hard time finding workouts I can keep up with. Your movements are slow and controlled and your voice is soothing and encouraging. The music is nice, not something I’m going to get tired of hearing. I did a couple of your arm workouts yesterday and enjoyed them, so I came back for some leg work. I will definitely be able to keep working out with you and I could tell already this morning from yesterday’s workouts I have a bit more pep in my step and my muscles, hips, legs and arms are feeling more flexible. I’m glad I found you! Thanks again! 😊

I was expecting a strictly Lower Legs workout and it wasn’t… yet it didn’t disappoint. My arms are happier for the time they got in, too! So are my abs. Solid, well rounded workout.

Loved this workout!! I can definitely feel the burn!! I don't know if modifications for lunges are a thing, but my knees aren't the greatest. Trying to build up my strength so lunges aren't a challenge every time.

Did this tonight. This was a good one and I did not really have to modify any moves. However I need to start getting lower on my lunges and hold the wall squat longer.

This was such a great lower body workout! I was feeling the burn 🔥 With other trainers I usually I have to swap out one or two exercises because I don't like them lol But I loved every part of this video, start to finish!
