It’s getting serious 😂 I felt like it was about 25% harder than week 1. But I enjoyed the increased effort I had to put in and I finally found a way not to hurt my wrists: I started to use the pushup bars in downward facing dog and in plank to elevate my wrists from the ground, it works perfectly! Thank you Tim ❤

Love the reminder that each session is just a practice and I'm not going to be able to do everything straight away. In the past that has really frustrated me and led to me giving up on the challenge and other exercise routines, I'm learning to enjoy to the process and hope to build a sustainable habit to my practice with yoga and in time other workouts to supplement it.

I've been on and off yoga (and pilates haha since it was mentioned during the roll ups!!) and before I never would've been able to flow through the warrior 3 set without having to touch down every time. Or even do it coming up from lunge. but i did it!!! it's the little victories that keep us going

Practice doesn't make perfect...practice IS perfect =) Another sweet dip. I woke up yesterday with swollen lymph nodes and every joint and muscle in my body aching (yayyyyyy, siiiiiick). I rarely get sick, so this one threw me. I could barely move around without pain, so I thought it wise to REST. Listened to the "I should" (probably chill the eff out) vs the "I could" (do the yoga challenge because I hate falling behind)... I'm sure I'll catch up and do a double dip on a rest day =0) Thanks for another sweet class. This time, PG -13 with those reverse planks. dang homie
