I used 10’s and sometimes 15’s and 20’s for lower body and single dumbbell exercises if that helps.

@@wellroundedmama bands are Bala bands, you can get them from target! I use a range from 2.5-10 pounds depending on the move. The amount of weight you should be using is based on your capabilities and how you’re able to perform the move with correct form for the entirety of the set/reps! 🩷

@@juliaotto993 Hi there! Program is 6 days a week for 2 weeks! It’s just labeled the 14 day program bc there’s 14 days in two weeks. Days 7 are rest days ❤️
