Standing splits was the peak pose for this class and it was good! Felt really strong and controlled in lifting leg up. Felt pretty straight but no mirror so can’t tell but I love working the hamstrings.

I definitely needed this one thank you. Good for splits. There was one pose I couldn't manage, extending one leg to the side from the downward dog and the half circle with the leg to the front. As this movement is seldom used in regular daily life, I have somehow lost mobility there. Do you have any advice on how to progress into this pose? Can't wait for day two.

Hello, i’m just beginning with your flexibility challenge and I’m struggling : my hips (side) hand hamstring are cramping all the time.. do you have any tips for that ? Or will it be easier with the time and stretching ? 😩 I just love your videos and finally take the courage the start

Hey it’s lovely to hear from you thank you for bringing your questions, I’m always here and happy to help. Cramping happens to everyone, regardless of level. I get it quite regularly in my hamstrings too. One thing I say is to start small, and go from there. So take regular breaks at the beginning so you might not be holding the poses for as long but over time you can add on the time and things will get easier ☺️ I hope this makes you feel better and encourages you to keep going x

This wouldn’t be the best for beginners, some poses would be accessible however for a better experience I would recommend one of my beginner focused classes
