Im 3 days before I’m do on my period and today was tough. Felt so puffed so fast and got that burn in my throat from the cardio. But now I feel mentally and physically better than before I had hit play. Thank you Nicole, and for everyone who posts encouragement and spreads love ❤️🍉🍉🍉🍉🍉🍉

Im a male olympic weightlifter - my chiropractor told me to consider doing some pilates to improve my core strength, stability and to help with some lower back pain i frequently get. I love these videos and workouts i feel humbled every time and its also really good for my mental health. Thank you!!

Well done for sticking to it. I generally do her 5 and 10 minute workouts so I know exactly what you mean! I’m hoping to do this one today as I’ve been doing 10 minutes in the past few weeks so feel eager ) to have a go. I find that the glutes workout and barre are very motivational. I rarely finish a full barre workout but I find the standing ones great. The 5 minute ab workout is my go to ❤

Thank you so much for creating a low-impact workout! I felt so so good and proud that I finished this workout. I didn’t really think it would matter at first, but my body was really grateful for all the modified exercises, especially the jumping jacks and burpees! I also really appreciate the stretch at the end. This workout made me feel energized instead of defeated!

I am honestly addicted to your sessions! I used to do 2 days of cardio and 3 days of Pilates ;with you) but now with the weekly workout plan I don’t need to look for cardio elsewhere I get it right here and More.
