I like your videos with a gym ball. I recently bought one to have more diversity and fun in my workouts. Most importantly I appreciate that you explain each exercise, what is unfortunately rare in the workouts videos of popular youtubers and I like your technique!

Thank you so much Kristyna. I am pushing to give less and less instruction due to the pressure of the demand of "just the workout please, less talking" but I love teaching and knowing that my students and clients are going to be in the best position possible and get the most out of each exercise thanks to proper form, alignment and muscle engagement!
