I love that this workout incorporates core exercises and tones the upper body at the same time. A good two for one!

I barely got my hair dry today after doing this workout 😂 the hair dryer felt so heavy!! I do want to say thanks for doing this! I'm glad to be part of it! I've been sharing and hopefully getting more to join!!

I finally moved to 10lb weights today from 3 lbs! Thank you for the challenging videos. I'm finally out of postpartum workouts and ready to get sculpted!

10 lbs?? Wow, that is incredible arm strength! Is this lesson for men also? I am a guy and did this but it was brutal! I could only manage with 1 lb dumbbells but stopped at around 8 minutes as my arms just gave up! :( I feel lost for what to do. I wish I can be so strong and muscular as all the women here!

LOVE your workouts! So glad I stumbled on your channel! Very challenging, but totally doable. I do several of the modifications you provide, which are awesome, and if I’m going full on and things get too challenging, like they did with this video, I just alternated in between my eight and 5 pound weights and working up to using my 8 pound weights for the whole workout will be a goal.

Love ,love your workouts! They are just what I need. Started adding weights into my workout routine. I was just walking/ jogging. You explain everything so well. I used 8 lb weights for this workout and it was a killer. Thanks

This one was a killer, loved it. The only thing that's missing for me is some stretching at the end, as I don't really know many stretching exercises for the upper body, everything is always about those hips, and quads

Challenging, as you'd promised. General request: I use your shorter dumbbell workouts as a complement to my yoga, which is mainly legs, hips, core. I'd love to see a series of, say seven, dumbbell workouts that I could use in rotation every week to get a complete upper body experience. They would be 12-15 min, which I'd follow with 30 min or so of yoga. Title? "Dumbies for Yogis."

One month ago I had to lower the weight for that final move- and today, I did the entire workout with my 8 pounders! Just goes to show that consistency really is key!!

HOLY SHIT I WAS LITERALLY ABOUT TO SEARCH FOR A 20 MIN UPPER BODY WORKOUT AND THIS POPPED UP😂😂 its almost scary how well mikayla can predict what workouts we want LOL (btw I just wanna say thank u becos I've been really appreciating your 20 min dumbbell strength workouts esp on busy days as 30 mins can take a tiny bit long sometimes)
