Just finished this work out and loved the 30 seconds on 15 seconds off, it fits so many more exercises into 20 minutes. Would love to see more of this format! Trying to get into a routine of doing this before work so the more I can squeeze into a short time the better!

I wanted a nice backdrop to the workout this morning so I chose this one to fantasise that I too was close to a warm, sunny beach! This is a great, straightforward 'rinsing' workout. Part of my journey through The BodyCoach TV channel which is keeping up my daily PE With Joe habit formed during lockdown. Thanks Joe!

What did I get myself into this morning?! I didn’t listen to the intro and found myself doing 30/15 😅 it’s a great workout, almost all different moves. Thanks so much Joe x

Just done this today. Was relieved when he said work for 30 seconds, but that changed when he said rest for 15! Still, some of the exercises give you a chance to get your breath back (just). Stuck a 5 minute Abs Blaster on the end just for the hell of it! Haven't dropped the ball after PE with Joe finished! It's becoming a way of life!

What did you do for the progress. Did you do one workout everyday or something different. I really wanna become fit so if you have any advice please share that would be incredible

@@totallynotkatie4377 Probably too late for this but its not just exercise. To get fit you have to change your whole lifestyle, eat healthy, drink lots of water, exercise is helpful but not the only thing people lose weight with. You can't out train a bad diet :)

Your workouts are the only cardio I can get motivated to do -this was great a fast workout so time went quickly - I do yoga so loved the downward dog to cobra - although it was very tough - thanks Joe 😄

Bro u changed my life with the 15 min cardio man I used to weight 178 almost 180 and I was only 13 and I was 5’4 so I was looking pretty fat no I’m 14 I weight 128

Love your videos Joe! I’ve been a running/weight lifting for 8 years now and these are by far my favorite workouts to do! My husband and I have 2 boys and these are just so easy to squeeze in daily or every other day! Love it! Keep it up! Peace be with you and your family!!

The Live PE with Joe sessions have finished for the time being - first week in March - so going through the back catalogue instead! Looking at that wonderful, warm, sunny view doesn't go amiss either... Session 62 for 2021.

Terrible video. The timer beep is so faint.. drowned by the obnoxious ocean waves (we get it... you travel around). Plus the number of serendipitous shoulder exercise is stupid... you are burning your audience out before knowing. Step up the production value.
