At 68 years old, I had lived a sedentary life for the last 20 years, with a lot of stress as a medical transcriptionist, spending many hours on the computer, tense and intense. I started QiGong about 6 weeks ago, and what a change in my life! I also changed my diet to as much natural plant based as possible, and have lost a few inches already, and pounds. I love your face exercises, and your body exercises. I feel better than I have for the last 20 years!

Incredible practice! I added a little bit of the waist rotations as well. I appreciate that you encourage us to tune in with our bodies as much as possible and listen! I follow along with you as a guideline and adjust for my specific needs. So much love to you Kseny!

I have rheumatoid arthritis and is in constant pain but after 2 months of following your morning 20min routine I found myself more energetic and more importantly in less pain. I look happier where otherwise I looked stress, all crunched up trying to cope with the pain and people I meet are now smiling more to me. Keep it up you are doing so much good. Thank you

I found you a month ago, and this is everything I ever needed. I can't believe how just the rotating makes me feel. Being overweight, it is hard to start with excercises that are not making damage to you, but actually help. Thank you for all you share

Your explaining is always very good and your exercises lay out an beautiful base for Qigong to me. When you follow more videos you'll get a nice package of Qigong that helpt me through out life. I've become more peaceful and loving in maybe 3 weeks now. I recommend it to anyone who has lots of difficulty with life as I had. Thank you very much. 😊🙏

Thanks Kseny. great video for a 20 minute routine. I feel great. Will check out what Yvonne Marianne means "pull up on root lock". I find it easier to put a slight bend in my legs to be able to raise the arms without either overextending my knees or putting too much pressure on my low back.

That was a great start-the-day workout thank you :) I find I have to "pull up on root lock" a yoga expression meaning to tighten the area between the legs in order to raise the arms without tension. I share this lol because it might help others who also sometimes feel their arms heavy or cracky when they raise them high ...

Hi Anne, thank you. I would ask your doctor for a series of approved and safe exercises to do. Same time, self-massage around the knee joints can be beneficial.
