Thank you so much Cindy. I've always done high impact aerobics, strength & dance. That all stopped these last 4 months. Your videos that I can do at home are great help. Can't thank you enough for all you do to keep us moving.

Very encouraging results I have been combining the 15 minute indoor walk and the 20 minute indoor walk and I am feeling and seeing some good results. Your instructions easy to follow and good presentation . Thank You !

the first time I only made it half way through but this time I did the whole thing. Boy am I sweating! I love walking outside but if weather doesn't permit this is a great replacement. Thanks

I am going to try this. I subscribed recently and have been having trouble following your videos as they move fast and when you are trying to look at the screen and do the actions it gets confusing but this looks simpler to start with.

Thought I’d gone soft, the exercises seemed way out of my league , I had no sound on then I realised I was watching it at 1.75 speed lol gave me a good laugh and a workout lol 😂 I did put it back on normal speed to do the workout 😂
