Loving this challenge. Love the channel. Great joined about 10 days into the challenge I think ?? I hurt my neck so won't be able to do this challenge today but will do one if the breath work classes so I don't miss a day on the mat. Looking forward to being a member. Greetings from Whippany NJ. Dark. Gloomy. Cold. Yoga keeps my vibrations high and is so very effective to stave off the SAD symptoms. The darker days of winter can be a challenge but I've found solutions. Thank you Tim for your instruction. Learning so much
