I'm traveling now and couldn't bring both a book and a block. So, the massive hardcover "Covenant of Water" was my block today. Felt very sweet to rest my head on some words. Thanks for the class, Tim.

Loving this challenge. Love the channel. Great joined about 10 days into the challenge I think ?? I hurt my neck so won't be able to do this challenge today but will do one if the breath work classes so I don't miss a day on the mat. Looking forward to being a member. Greetings from Whippany NJ. Dark. Gloomy. Cold. Yoga keeps my vibrations high and is so very effective to stave off the SAD symptoms. The darker days of winter can be a challenge but I've found solutions. Thank you Tim for your instruction. Learning so much

I'm partial to relatively controlled environments for these classes, so much thanks for this one. Nevertheless, user mileage varies, and one can't always please everyone so I try to be like water: take the form required of me at the tome without losing my essential characteristics. When I read yoga for strength, I was hoping for a couple of push ups, planks, and core exercises. But they never came :( . Not what I was expecting, felt more like a flow.
