hey! I`m doing your workouts already 2 years, and I wanna say thank you for your hard work. I opened for myself pilates world, and I finally find workouts that are suitable for me. I wake up with a feeling that today I wanna do it again, and it boosts my motivation. In addition I love to see results that give these trainings. Thank you soo much again!

@@am.ruth.aliya2168 hiii I thought I replied to your question, but I didn't, I am sorry. The thing is I changed my eating routine because I really struggle with emotional eating. I.e. I could eat a bunch of sweets right after work to release stress or to reward myself. Also, almost zero physical activity led me to this state, where I have excess fat, especially belly fat is my huge problem. So now you can imagine, that changing a diet (not overeating, follow the exact calorie intake every day, of course, it could be malleable, I don't want to torture myself) + these KZbin workouts 3-4 times a week could help you. And again, no excess pressure, just asking myself do i really need this ice cream and having lie-in until noon, or I could train a bit and eat it later? be judicious 😋

the workout is amazing, i've loved it. i just think that it would be more efficient if you'd be able to tell at least the kind of exercise you're going to do with a voiceover, because it's not always easy to watch the screen while doing it. but i'm feeling the burn and i've loved this calm and easy workout. thanks! 🩷
