Julia, you are the best trainer on this channel. But a lot of exercises are very far-fetched and complicated. I understand that this is done for fun. But my interest, for example, is in simplicity. Pure multifunctional exercises. Ideally, 1 circle: 10 exercises, starting with the legs and ending with the abs, and then repeat this circle 3 times. For example, many film actors use the circular version of training.
