Morning Yoga Stretch to start your day in a mindful way. There will also be some core awakening poses like tree pose and dolphin to help energize and wake the body. Enjoy and make this flow your own by throwing in poses that you'd like to do or by holding a pose longer or modifying it in any way you wish. This Vinyasa flow is definitely more suited to intermediate students and yoga teachers, as cues are kept to a minimum, I won't be guiding you into postures so make sure you understand yoga and your body.

Wonderful practice! Thank you @YogaCandi! It was a great sequence and I really enjoyed the nice wrist and neck stretches at the end to close off the practice.
