I’m usually a silent viewer but I decided to share my experience with your workouts. I still wanna lose another 3 kg and gain a lot more muscles but I have lost 5 kg so far :). I love your workouts and they are sooo effective!! I prefer these to all the other “bigger” fitness you tubers like chloe ting etc. This is what I stuck to and the results are amazing so thank you so much! You changed my life :)

I was so out of shape I could hardly walk for 3 days after completing this workout. I did your 20 minute workout on the third day and now I alternate between the two every day. It has been one week and I feel results!! I used to be in excellent shape but got extremely weak for 2 years and could hardly function. It is good to feel I still have some muscle under the fluff I gained. Big muscle. I welcome it back. Thanks for uploading.

I've been following along to y'alls videos for about 2 weeks and I've never been able to do a decent push up without using my knees, but i tried today and I could do about 4 🥺🥺. I'm super proud of myself. These videos really do help build strength I feel my core getting stronger as well which is another area I have struggled with for the longest. Anyways thank you guys for these videos 😁😁

Loved everything about this new workout! Can see myself incorporating this into my routine often. Like the warm up and cool down, no repeat and the illustration of what muscle groups are being worked. The time flew by. At the end I was, that’s it? And you snuck in those killer tricep push-ups. Crushed it.

I've been restarting to work out 4 months ago and have been looking for some more advanced strength training. I love how intentional your exercises are. It gives me enough time to really connect to my body and muscles. Will do more of your videos (also because of the music)

Week 3, Day 1 [07/11/22]; Workout completed! I've gained a lot of strength since this challenge started, which makes me feel much more confident and prepared for the upcoming workouts. I still ended up shaking though. I can't believe we are already in week three. I am so proud. NOTE: It's week 3! How cool that we're halfway there!

Just love the production of these videos. At first I missed the constant talking that I used to get in my pump classes but really enjoying it now. This beats Ting/Wong/Reif any day. The core and leg strength has made me a faster runner for sure.

Week 3 day 3got in the first one for yesterday and for today, now I'm doing the 25 and 20 strength no equipment workouts... this week has longer workouts but I haven't missed any workouts any of the weeks and I'm staying strong through out.... now to the next 20 min video..... need to work on my plank, dips and leg lift.. that was tricky

Great workout that was not to strenuous! The slowness was easier on the body than the faster stuff is sometimes. But, still sweat a lot!

OBLA Challenge - Week 3 Day 1: this has to be the workout i've struggled the most with, however i did like 1/3 of the moves without modifications which is a big step compared to the beginning! still, i need to work on balance and shoulder mobility as i'm still lacking on that. thank you guys as usual and see you tomorrow! 😀

Your workouts are awesome! Your no nonsense, no talking, get to it model is great for me. You’ve shown exercises I’ve never seen before! I’ve been doing mostly your dumbbell workouts for about 3 weeks (I’m a beginner). Today, I was able go further down with my push-ups😄. I can feel a difference in my strength 😁😁😁Keep up the great work!!!

Just finished my first run at this and my takeaways are 1) love the vibe and the pacing 2) I definitely need to work on my upper body strength and 3) I should put my tablet to the side and not the front of my mat lol I’ll definitely be back tomorrow

Done and dusted. I had to modify some moves because I have incisional hernia, and some core moves could make it worse. I always do bridges whenever I there is a need for a ab crunch in any workout. Thank you for all you do

I actually really enjoyed it, it was quick and perfect yet you can definitely feel it. And i love how there is a countdown and no talking during the video (excluding intro/outro) just started working out and this is perfect, definitely will watch other videos for my workout routine from now on

Week 3 Day 1: today I needed a little extra push so I completed both the dumbbell and body weight workouts! To get a good recovery today I will do one of the recovery videos next and make myself a good banana smoothie!

@@farihahaque5004 full body targets your whole body no need todo upper and lower body workouts and do this 2x-3x a week until it gets easy for you or if you can do the whole thing with complete form then add resistance 😉 💪🏽 good luck!!!!

Well done you two. 👍 We either travel to a new country for 6 months in the winter (and don't have our weights or gym access) or we are in our RV full time in the Canadian Summers and so there are times when we do not have our weights or our bands unpacked yet or its raining or two cold outside (can there BE more excuses!? haha) and so your body weight routine was perfect for me today! Thank you for taking the time to put together the material, film and edit this nice workout!
