For the past 3 weeks, 5 days a week, every morning before work I’ve been doing your workouts right after 25 min cardio. I usually do it with two dumbbells spacing a little bit wider than shoulder width. I try to simulate the machine pullover. If I don't do row that day, I do the straight arm pull back (straight arm row). DB pullover and straight arm pullback capture the two ends of the machine pullover.@@midasmvmt
