this helped me so much. i am 18 years old and i had a bad neck pain since 3 days due to fever and weakness. this helped to reduced the pain and gave me relief. its 11.47pm rn haha

Bro mai jab workout ke doran weight uthaya uske baad mere side neck mai itni pain hoti hai jaise koi maas keech rha hai . Neck idhar udhar bhi nahi ho rhi bhut pain ho rhi hai😢

Ek simple trick karo… Ek 1 ya 1.5 litre ki bottle lekr neck ke niche rakkho and neck tilt honi chahiye.. side wise letna hai Bari Bari se and kuch der rukna hai … kafi relief milega

Hi, If your neck is not moving at all in that case. Use the 1.5-letter plastic water bottle and tilt your neck while lying on the mat on both sides for around 3-5 min.

Lovely. I am a senior citizen..suffering from giddiness..Drs first thought it was vertigo so i took the tabs for 12 days..non step...vertin and cinnazine..but no improvement..lots of chakkar..so i think its the stiff neck..
