Protein Powder 1st recipe - 1 cup hemp, half cup chia seeds, half cup flaxseeds, quarter cup pumpkin seeds. Blend to a fine powder. Store in an air tight container. Use as required. 2nd recipe - 1 cup amaranth flakes, half cup sunflower seeds, quarter cup sesame seeds, quarter cup chia seeds. Toast on low flame, until they give out a fragrance. Cool and blend ro a fine powder. 3rd recipe (Channa Sattu) - 2 cups split channa dhal or bengal gram, roast on a oan till it gives a nutty aroma for 8-10 minutes. Cool and grind into a fine powder.
