A huge thanks Oliver. I suffered a major shoulder injury and was quite depressed that I could not be as active pre injury. Your all standing workouts save the day. Intense and a great way to start the morning and set a positive mindset for the rest of the day.

I agree on the wrist pain. I fractured my wrist 3 years ago, and now I find most exercises like push-ups and planks are too painful for me to do.

I am almost in tears that I finished this workout! Last year summer I was drenching in sweat in China doing this under lockdowns. Now I am back home and trying to do these in one spot so as not to disturb housemates. Thank you, Oliver, for these simple workouts with upbeat music!

I used to do your hiit for a little while, I lost 12 kg (I'm a skinny) in addition to the exercise weight of the body and I must say thank you because I found my physique before in better! I'm used to your hiit but this one I had difficulties at times

This is one of my favorite of yours Sjo! For reference about how many calories you should expect to burn, I’m 5’8 175 pounds and pretty lean and in shape (Lift 3 times a week, Run 3 times a week). I always wear a heart rate monitor chest strap when I workout because I just feel that they’re more accurate than your typical smart watch when it comes to tracking. I did this workout yesterday and I burned 376 calories with my average heart rate at 131 BPM and my max heart rate at 154 BPM. So yes, as some are saying you don’t burn 500 calories with this workout but it’s still a great workout you can do in 30 minutes in my opinion and plus the fact you’re on your feet the whole time is a bonus for me! I’ll keep using it when I don’t want to run lol thanks Sjo! 👊🏾

Great workout. My heart rate went up to 149, but spent over half the time in zone 2 and 3. One of the better standing HIIT exercises I have done.
