Loved the slower controlled pace of this workout and the balancing practise. Only move that defeated me before the beep was the side plank hip dip! My nemesis, lol. Thanks Anna.

YESSS DAY 6! It took me more than a week to get to Day 6 but I am here and accomplished! Never did I know how bad I am in side plank until today!! OMG I kept asking myself why am I so weak?! Thank you Anna so much for bringing in this workout to let us know our weakness that could possibly be overseen in the past!! LOVE IT!! :))

Thank you Anna for this amazing workout, the exercises were neither too easy nor too difficult, and yet very effective. The only exercise I had to modify was the side plank with one leg lifted, cause my wrists hurt after the first round, so I did it on my elbows, but was still good. God bless you!

2/6 DAY 6 manzers, had to modify as I have a healing injured shoulder but I'm getting stronger in just this week. Went ahead and did the stretch sesh for tomorrow's day 7 (actually did it first cause I'm beat), then hit the abs of mush ha ha...here to make em STEEL ;-0) Rinse respeat both of these tomorrow!!!!

Anna this was a fab workout completed day 5 and 6 together. Although today I feel a bit of a let down I could not perform the one leg plank with one leg up, I managed to hold the side plank for both sides. I only managed a few side plank pull with dip so that was a disaster - could you maybe show alternative move. You make it look so easy and definately have abs of steal..
