WITHOUT STRENGTH TRAINING OVER 50'S WILL LOSE 30% MUSCLE MASS BETWEEN 50 & 70.
The exercises are performed for 30 seconds each with a 10 second rest!
I'm using 2, 3, 4 & 6 KG dumbbells.
