This is a great full body workout targeting every muscle group with easy to follow movements which will help you become stronger, build lean muscle and burn energy for hours after completing.
MUSCLE MASS DECREASES APPROXIMATELY 3-8% PER DECADE AFTER 30.
WITHOUT STRENGTH TRAINING OVER 50'S WILL LOSE 30% MUSCLE MASS BETWEEN 50 & 70.
The exercises are performed for 30 seconds each with a 10 second rest!
I'm using 2, 3, 4 & 6 KG dumbbells.
