So today I learned to: Think about where my breath goes to when I exhale…beautiful to reflect upon. For the rest of my life that is. That is so beautiful about you Tim that you bring these upside-down issues into play. Like once you said: Imagine your body being breathed. I have been sensing this so many times ever since…🙏. I thank you deeply for twisting me - not only my physical body - but just as much twisting my inner body 🙏. every morning. I start all my days with yoga. last evening i walked with a hiking group. in about 4 miles we walk into the canyon then up a foot trail to regain the elevation. Its all about the legs and lungs, great hike. Morning yoga practice brings back balance👍

I figured out I can get through these in half the time if you double the playback speed. Poses are easier to hold, too! I'm still here and loving it, Tim. After being sick is hard to come back on the mat. Your body has no energie and feeling restless. But with your yoga classes is so much easier. I like it that even the not flexible body can also do/ follow it and you explain every single position,which part of your muscles /joints are active, you describe what you should or shouldn't feel in that position. 🧘🏼♀️ Thank you so much 🙏
