yay, I'm back I was sick last week but Im so glad I made it back. That was so lovely. I shall see you tomorrow. You are so good at this. I went to my regular barre studio for a few classes and because of you and our mornings together, I was able to keep up in my barre classes and complete the grueling tasks. Its all good. Thank you! and I hope to see you tomorrow +, you are beautiful

This was an amazing fusion of yoga and pilates!! Still challenging for my balance though but made till the end. Getting back on track after my first pregnancy… it’s been a year now and I’ve been getting stronger and keeping my softness at the same time on each level! Time to shower and snooze ! Tank you ashley, first time I joined you for a morning Yoga Routine. I am hatha teacher myself and love most days to practice challenging. This Was honestly the Best flow I followed so far. Ahhh that was a goodie! Tough but so warming for the cold winters day in South Africa. I've been working more with your pilates fusions recently as I'm trying to build hip and core strength to support my ITB knee pain. It's been so rewarding.
