Thank you Nicole, you've been a tremendous help to me. After many years of physical therapy sessions, I picked up on your videos about a year ago and have been consistently following them 4 or 5 days a week. Since then I've experienced dramatic back/hip/neck etc. pain relief over time. As of today, my PT told me I'm healed and only need to visit if I have a set back! Thanks for making such fantastic videos and having a great attitude!
