I just found you! I have been using these videos for 4 days. I love them. I love that you use the timer, explain what and how we do the exercises, when you show yourself from different angles and when you tell the best movement to hit that particular muscle. Soooo happy I found this! I have recently just been doing completely random upper body exercises in my room throughout the day but I really wanted something more structured yet not too demanding. wow that went by a lot quicker than i thought it would. i made a one week plan with your 30 min workouts for myself but then i was so unmotivated to exercise, plus the longer workouts were looking intimidating. but today i just did it even tho i wasnt fully in the mood. this was perfect. it wasn't hard but still challenging and fun! thank you maddie! now im looking forward to tomorrow's lower body workout!

I am loving this 30-minute, superset-type workout with weights, and with cooldown stretches and warm up included. I usually neglect my upper body a little and tend to focus on either lower-body or full-body workouts instead. I greatly appreciated this one and hope for more of this format. Hey Maddie! During this whole pandemic I have been trying so hard to find a fitness routine that works for me, and I just can’t! KZbin was constantly putting up your videos on my homepage and I didn’t try them for a while, but I tried this one this morning since I was procrastinating working out for the past couple of days, and it felt so great to get my body moving again! I love how there isn’t a lot of yelling, it’s just quiet motivation. I also like the length of your workouts and they aren’t super crazy long which fits my schedule completely!! Hi, I do your workouts 2-3 times a week and I love them! I would love a 20-30 minutes active mobility workout. Like gymnastics style. With a bar/chair with kicks front side and back, pulses, leg mounts, leg lifts and then active stretching!

I love your workouts but one reason is the pacing, many are perfect, but those are the ones that don't have warm up and cool down and minute breaks in between. Please do more where we just get into it, rock along and are done.
