drink lemon water during breaks. it’ll give you energy and give you some extra fiber to keep you a little full so you don’t over eat during the day!

Endorphins kick in you feel amazing. Certain prescription drugs will stop this effect though.

LOL, I had just started on doing three and my arms turn to jelly. Then I do inch worm instead of push ups. I'll try to build them arms until I can do pull-ups, which I realise is a skill and strength that can literally save your life! So just do it!

Yeah, they should have repeated the arms instead of only doing them once, and cut down on the legs some. I still enjoyed it though.

Without her modifications I would NOT do this workout at all. I do popsugar workouts only because there's a modified version, cause 1 bad knee is recovering.

Great total body, arms, legs, abs and bit of cardio + strength mixed in- perfect for a 30minute workout. I also regularly rotate Taylor’s other cardio workout. I love how she uses the usual HIIT breaks fir active recovery abs. Keep the total body cardio, toning 30 minute workouts coming Anna :)

I only see comments from women. Is it against some unwritten law for men do this workout too? I find as I get older.. over 40..that I like doing this kind of stuff more than just heavyweights all the time. My body likes me better when I do some of this.

I've been so grateful for PopSugar this month as I stockpile some extra fitness time between gym workouts so that I can enjoy the holidays guilt-free. I did this workout today in my kitchen tonight, in my pajamas, while waiting for the royal icing to set on my sugar cookies. I love Taylor's efficient but effective workouts and I know I'll be feeling this a little in my legs tomorrow.

I honestly have been too lazy to workout for the past few months. I just started to do popsugarfitness workout videos a couple of weeks ago and I feel great. I guess I just needed some motivation and believe in myself. my goal is to at least lose close to a hundred pounds by the end of 2020. I know I can do this and never give up on anything. I am just tired of being unfit.

I went through that lull period and felt I wasn't fit enough to do any of these workouts, then I realise that modified one makes things easier, now I'm motivated to do it just because of that. You can do anything you put your mind to LittleB!

Love love love love his workout, hate hate hate HATE all the ads they added! Just when I get in the grove an ad makes me hit the brakes. I think I counted 6 ADS in this routine when there used to be maybe 1. It's awful and makes me almost want to find a new workout channel that's less focused on making money...

This workout includes warmup, lower body (20 minutes), upper body (10 minutes), and short cool down. Lower body series has 3 circuits (mix of squats and lunges) repeated twice with active recovery between each circuit. Upper body series is a mix of planks and push-ups. Easy to modify if you can't jump, but the cool down could be longer.

there was literally no break during this workout. the cool down wasn’t until like the last 30 seconds of the video. I felt like i was going to pass out😭

This is a challenging workout. I took breaks during the knee workouts cause my knees turned to jelly and continue to do the ab workouts instead. Didn't want to hurt a previously injured knee. And I only do modified.

Popsugar has the most frustrating formats for workouts and a part of that is because they do a horrible job at explaining it. Fitness Blender not only preps you for the next exercise but explains form. why put ads in the high intensity parts of the workout? I'm sorry but fitness blender is just a more qualified online program that makes sure viewers aren't going to end up with injuries and self esteem issues.

@popsugar please start placing ads in places it makes more sense. explain how many reps/seconds you are doing the exercise from the beginning. explain the format. instruct form. emphasis which muscles you should be feeling.

I love these workouts!! Thank you so much for your encouragement and positive attitude. I enjoy the different levels, I usually do the average workout but sometimes I do the advanced and sometimes I do the modified version. You reach people on all levels of abilities and that means so much. My friends have asked me what I do for a workout routine and I say popsugar! I can’t express my gratitude enough. Nice workout but there were too many ads in the middle, I get understand if it's at the beginning and end but when you are trying to remain focused on the workout it's really demotivating.

Loved this workout! I've had a knee injury from running and have been trying to find challenging workouts like this. I incorporated some weights into moves like the lunges for an advanced move.

Just awful. No explainations for anything, no infos about what mistakes you should avoid and too less time to get into a single exercise. Its just random stuff in sequence, that you do as fast as possible to damage your joints

This was a good workout! Made me sweat a lot! I loved how they did active recovery/abs instead of a complete rest in-between sets.

So now I did this video again, and did modifications when necessary, and when I couldn't do something at all I just did gentle stretches. And now I can see that this is really an amazing exercise video that covers every body part and really stretched me out! Thank you.

It was fun, but a little more intro explanation before moves start would be helpful to not get lost. I also think it was strange to end with burpees instead of a cooldown type activity

GUYS!! I'm so sad there's ads in pop sugar vids now! 😭 There's nothing like getting your heartrate up, and then the video pausing mid plank for an ad about another barre belle workout series. This happened 4 TIMES!! At least make the ads skippable. Otherwise, you will be losing loyal viewers (like me) to workout DVDs and virtual YMCA classes.

If it helps anyone, casting to my tv tends to reduce the amount of ads. I see a lot of ad breaks on this one, but not a single one came on while casting to my Roku.

A really nice workout, thank you! straightforward, no injury type stuff, the whole body engaged, you can work it as hard - or not- as you like.I will keep it as one of my go-to's...you guys make a huge difference to my life !

Today is my second fasting day of the week on 5:2 intermittent fasting, and I was feeling fatigued this afternoon, just wanting to lie down somewhere. I just finished this workout, and this was of just perfect intensity to break sweat and get me up and going again!
