I started workouts with pop sugar about 9 months ago and these workouts have helped me so much with stress relief. I feel better about myself too, I've lost 45 lbs. thank you guys for showing such enthusiasm and making so many awesome videos. Bless you all!

For those who are asking, when it comes to exercise and pregnancy, if the mom-to-be was physically active before getting pregnant, it is very likely safe for her to remain active during pregnancy. Basically, expectant moms should keep doing what they’ve been doing and slow down and modify their workouts as needed. While it's usually OK to stick with a modified version of an existing workout routine, if you’re are pregnant be sure to consult with your doctor before starting something new.

I did this workout and another 10 minute abs workout - couldn’t walk the day after ! Engaged every muscle in my legs ! I loved it !!! That’s how I know it worked ! Anna is amazing - such a warrior !

Finally tried this workout... 19 weeks pregnant and I killed this workout. I didn’t do any jumps but burned 230 calories!!! So excited to continue working out while pregnant!! Now I know I can push myself a bit harder.

This workout had me breathless. I intensified some of the moves (added a second weight when doing the weighted burpees) and modified others (didn't jump when doing the switch lunges).

Had to do slight modifications due to an injured knee, I only burned 122 calories but did get a decent sweat. P.S love the baby bump..congrats!

My heart rate soared in this exercise and Anna's encouragement kept me going through it when I thought I should quit! I am working on being a better version of myself with working out and getting in shape to build back my confidence and Anna's workouts give me 300-400 calories burned in just 30 mins. AMAZING

Great workout! I didn't burn quite as many calories as you guys (246) but I'll get there! I just turned 58 and am carrying a few extra pounds, but I managed to get through it. Thanks for all the fantastic workouts and motivation!

thank you so much anna for your channel. although i was training a lot before your videos increased my variety and performance to an awesome state. i am working out with you and your trainers for almost five years now and i still love the variety. especially now that i am 8 months pregnant i love to see you acitve. i am modifying a lot more now but my baby and i love to work out. as you always say: listen to your body.
