I appreciate all the vids you put out man, I've came a long way in the passed 5 months following along with your content. I've gained muscle & lost right around 30lbs so far. Unfortunately all I have to work with though is 25 lb dumbells, the only thing I have to go heavier is 150 lbs worth of resistance bands. I hope you're able to put out resistance band content at some point. Either way though I'm grateful for what you do here, you're changing lives my man. Keep that in mind, thank you. 🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼

I have to say the production value of your videos is right up there with the best of them. It's well lit. All the information is right there on the screen just like my apple watch, (Weight used, set and rep numbers). An energized soundtrack with a beat. A short, concise explanation about the exercise where it's needed and multiple camera angles in front of a full length mirror. Well done!

Hey thanks for the continued support! It's easier to do standing or leaning but there's a few exercises that can help from a lying position like Hip thrusts/Glute Bridges. You can do either one with or without any weight to work on your lower back strength :)

I just was wondering some stuff. I have issues being able to come up with new workouts. Should I do this workout for a week and then switch it up? I don’t know when to switch or like if I need more workouts in. Any advice?!

I would do this workout 2 a week and find two push and two legs workout and another pull I would do three one week and the other three the next then you can swap it up to shock your muscles
