I am going to take you through a great stretch today to work on the muscles that are tight and sore in your arms and legs! As with any stretch it is important to make sure you relax and push yourself right outside what is comfortable! You will benefit from this stretch the most if you really push yourself! The feet! The only channel that I have encountered that considers the feet with warmup or stretching is a ballet channel. It was revolutionary for me. Standing on my feet all day you don't realize they need stretching too! Great job including the feet! 😆

I’ve noticed most stretch videos really focus on the bigger muscles and legs but I always wanted a full body stretch including the smaller muscles that can be so important for stability. This seems like it does the job!

LOved the Feet stretch! YES!! We neglect our feet! WHY? They're what holds us up! Thank you for doing 30 min. I like the hip, glute and leg stretch bringing one leg over the body and your arm over your leg in the seated position. Thank You!! I always have to remind myself to do an actual stretch session.

Hi Sydney! I loved this 30 minute stretch 😍💖. Could you make some more of these 30 minute stretch sessions? I love a nice, long stretch. Your 20 minute ones are excellent, but I usually end up doing 2 of them in a row, because I want a longer stretch. Thank you so much 😊

I love this stretching routine! I come back to this one once in a while, and it always feels so wonderful! Those foot and calf stretches at the beginning are so awesome. I am on my feet a lot at work, and it feels great to stretch out my feet and calves, my calves especially get so tight, and you don't realize how tight even your feet can get from standing on then all day.

i loved the feet stretches and the stretch where you link your hands together while sitting down, stretching out your arms and shoulders by doing a circular motion around your body. Thank you so much! This has been a wonderful stretch! I hope anybody reading this comment has a wonderful day!

I'd pulled a muscle in my lower back whilst doing kettlebells so going through these stretches has been really restorative. I did this after one of your low impact HIIT workouts today so this worked well with the back issue too. Thanks Sydney

I’m a runner and have tendinitis, I’ve been doing other 30 minute stretching routines here on KZbin, and while those were good, they didn’t address the feet. This is my favorite routine because of that. Thank you.

Hey Sydney, I loved this 30mins stretch. I feel as if all the muscles in my body are not stiff anymore.
