WE DID IT!!!!
It's day 28, the final day of the GROW HIIT JANUARY CHALLENGE! High Five TEAM ✋ To finish the challenge, enjoy this 30 minutes of stretching to relax and recover - I bet your bodies will be SO thankful for a rest day. Please don't be sad that the challenge has come to an end, I have something exciting planned for February... you didn't really think we would stop crushing workouts together, did you?? 😜

I do a lot of strengh and cardio training and stretching out is so beneficial for the body. This is one of the best full body stretches I have ever done. I will certainly do it again. Thank you! Happy Sunday😊

I came into this 28 day regime a few days late and have been very naughty and missed the recovery day stretches to catch up! Here in the UK we are still in lockdown and all gyms are closed. The weather has been terrible too for going outside to train. I found your videos by chance, and they have really helped me mentally as well as physically in these crazy times. I am a 63 year old grandparent and every morning I get up and do a session and they are all sweaty! Some exercises I perhaps only did for 40 seconds- Burpees with Tuck jumps are for youngsters. But I tried to give it 100%. Most evenings I also do a 12 minute Tabata that I actually enjoy as I know it will all be over in a short time! You have been an inspiration for me over this past month and as far as I am concerned you are the very best and far better than anyone in the UK. I hope you will continue to post more new and challenging Hiit sessions for a very long time. Thank you!

What a beautiful month, i’ve never follow such a great and long workout challenge in my entire life. Now i know i can do it. By your hard work , your simplicity and your encouragement, you just made our life so better in such different ways. What a great month it was. Earlier me: 50 sec work 10 sec rest, i can never do this. Now me: hey u knw it's not impossible. I can actually do this. So I would have never known my capacity if it wasn't for this day , the last day of the challenge. This workout not only helped me to push my boundaries physically but mentally as well. And why would anyone will be sad when we all know that our Anna is not going to stop ....and neither do we!😉 A big thank you Anna!❤️ Excited for February!🤩

On January 15, 2023, the 28-day challenge was successful. It was my first challenge, so I couldn't do it perfectly like you. But we've come to the end and now we'll start again from day 1! I will try again and again until I finish laughing at the same speed as you. Thank you so much and you are amazing and the best!

I did two rounds of this 28-day exercise. Lost 10% of body weight and in much better place mentally too. Also regained some sense of sanity in this endless lockdown. Thanks Anna.

Thats it, I did every single day and u cant imagine how amazing I felt after last exercises today. I gained a lot of strengt and lost about 1 kilogramm pure fat. Cant wait for more, still want to lose about 4 kilogramms and try to gain more muscles. I‘ll see u soon in upcoming videos. I could also imagine to do it again, it was perfect for myself. Merci Anna, tu es incroyable, je t'ai découverte il y a 3 semaines, je ne décroche plus depuis, et là, il y a 3 jours j'ai commencé ton parcours sur 28 jours, c'est trop bien, trop bien pensé, et tu es très forte ! Wir haben es geschafft!!!! Mega! 🥳 Das stretching heute hat mir von den Sonntags Einheiten am besten gefallen. Das wird sicherlich öfter mal integriert! Das war eine super challenge! Ich hätte nie gedacht, dass ich das durchziehen kann. Umso stolzer bin ich jetzt im Nachhinein auf mich! Weiter so & vielen Dank für die super workouts

I completed the full challenge once and then I repeated the last two weeks twice more (so I did them three times in total). I don't know how much weight I lost but people tell me I look fitter. And I've never felt this strong! Loved every day of it. This week I'm taking it easy but next week I'm going to start HIIT IT HARDER. Really looking forward to it! Hello Anna! Thanks for the past 28 days. This is my first challenge in 2021. I made this Combo pass with you and Chole Ting both 28 days schedule. I used all your Hit pass after that continue with the rest body training from Chole Ting. I know it is very tough but I did it. Before i started your 28 days i had already tried a couple of weeks pass. So I think it should be the “ devil training”. But this 28- days schedule is very reasonable and help the body become stronger and loose fat. Now I feel so comfortable and my body change a lot also. So I recommend strongly that every one should try. I will continue to follow you and look forward to new challenges.

That was a great recovery stretch. Nice to hold for 45 seconds to sink into the stretch over time as the muscles released.
