I did this flow after a HIIT workout and it was the perfect way to slow down, stretch and take time to be grateful for my body's growing strength. My goal this week is to write down 3 things I'm grateful for every day. Today, it's 1) Free yoga with Lesley 2) Sunday-an extra day to take the time to slow down 3) time to connect with friends and family. Thanks again for a lovely practice! Happy Sunday to you!

I have to admit, I jumped ahead to this practice because I was in need of a serious stretch. I feel so relaxed and so much more comfortable in my very sore and over exhausted body, now. Since I started the 90 day challenge I have been able to reduce the medication for my back pain. It is wonderful. And this is a win-win situation. The medication helps me to control the pain, but does not improve my condition. Yoga does both... Less pain and it streches and strenghtens my back. Thanks for the great experience

I love is it twisted lizards pose! Not sure why but glad it was included in this flow. I try to comment on a positive note MOST practices - but I struggle with depression and grief and honestly it scares me at times. Sometimes I can feel the mental move through my body; upset stomach, headaches and lack of energy & focus. I hope everyone in Lesley's extended community, and especially her immediate family are doing well. I wish you strength and fortitude. 💞🙏🏻

Perfect for after a long day standing at work! Also, I have a greatfulness diary I write in every night. I write 3 things for each day and then it asks me certain questions for the week like "Something I did well this week". Really helps me sleep!

I loved this class! I'm a runner and I've been training for a marathon that is happening next week! And just last week my knee started to hurt, I suspect it is because I didn't do yoga during last month due to other occupations and my muscles started to miss it, this stretching class sure helped! i really like slow classes, its challenging just as the faster paced classes. today i was able to sit between my hips with knees out in the front and lay all the way back without too much trouble. i can definitely see progress. 3 more days looking forward to it!!! thank you and namaste

I started Day 1 when i was still having sciatica after a car accident last fall. I am happy to say that with your help my low back is 90% back to normal. It rarely hurts now. Cannot thank you enough! Namaste

Enjoyed this flow, my whole body is so relaxed. Got a question with a different school of thoughts. It was shared that hero pose is not good in medical term. However I felt so good after. I noticed it was done almost to the end of the flow. Is it because its done near to the end of the flow that's why I can experience the positive effect of hero pose? Thanks for this flow. I really enjoyed today's practice. I'm a bit sad every morning though, because the end of the 90 days is close at hand. I have a lot of trouble with malasana...I absolutely can't keep my heels on the floor as I squat down. Once my knees bend past 90degrees, my ankles refuse to flex any more. I also really need a good stable squat for one of the positions we have to hold in kyudo (Japanese archery) and my lack of ankle flexibility is adversely affecting my progress in that art. Do you have any advice?

Dear Lesley,I gotta ask you something. I will have a laparoscopic gallbladder surgery in a few months so I need to know how long I will have to wait to start doing yoga again. I got so addicted to yoga and it makes me sad that I will have to quit doing it for a while. Will I loose all of my hard work that I achieved in yoga? I even managed some real hard poses and I don't want to learn those things again. Please give me some hope. You're the best.

Nikolina Lučić Don't worry! Your body has created muscle memory for these poses. It may take a little time to get your strength up but a lot less time than when you initially learned the poses. I'm not familiar with the healing time needed before beginning your yoga again after this surgery. I know that I needed to wait 8 weeks after having a c-section before returning to my practice. I think it's best to ask your doctor when you can start to exercise again and if there are any restrictions on your movement as you're healing. Good luck with your surgery. Lots of love! xoxo
