Exactly the workout I was looking for today! I throw in a couple of your Pilates sessions every week. I get bombarded with IG ads for programs but i always stick to your videos. It would be amazinggg if you created like a 6 week Strength x Pilates challenge 😅 ❤

Been strictly on Heathers channel for about 4 years now and I’ve been DYINGGGGG for Pilates x strength and more low impact plans!!! Her hiit/strength is to die for (literally) but with experimenting I’ve definitely found that my body responds better to more regular low impact with just spurts of high intensity sprinkled in my schedule. Love you forever Heather!

⁠@@victoriamorgan7276 Literally same for all of this! 😂 After having two babies and turning 30, low impact (but still sweaty) has been saving my body! I’ve pretty much created my own program with all of Heather’s videos but I would LOVE for a new program from her🙏🏼

This was such an efficient little workout. I'm travelling and the business hotel that I'm in doesn't have a nice gym. I just did this workout in the room. Lovely!

Heather, all your workouts are amazing. All f them are well put together to hit the target muscles. What I have noticed that best for my 45 plus body are Pilates /yoga/barre with tint of cardio and weights. If you can put together 3 m program for women over 40 💕😘

Loved it, really got sweaty, I shortened the breaks to 10 seconds, used 1k DBs in first round, second round 2k. TY HR!
