Been strictly on Heathers channel for about 4 years now and I’ve been DYINGGGGG for Pilates x strength and more low impact plans!!! Her hiit/strength is to die for (literally) but with experimenting I’ve definitely found that my body responds better to more regular low impact with just spurts of high intensity sprinkled in my schedule. Heather, all your workouts are amazing. All f them are well put together to hit the target muscles. What I have noticed that best for my 45 plus body are Pilates /yoga/barre with tint of cardio and weights. If you can put together 3 m program for women over 40 💕😘
