Nicole. Thank you for helping so many gently access their strength and find self-motivation to keep moving (in so many ways!) I am never injured with you, which is always my fear in coming back to movement. Virtual instruction is so challenging but you guide us through the small sensations, help us notice, and lead us to accessing the full benefits of each movement. Your videos are so precise and thoughtful and I really have not seen it anywhere else on the internet. It's like you're right beside us and taking care. Your work is a gift!

If you are wondering if you should do it because it says advanced-do it! I used to not even be able to do Nicole’s beginner pilates. The first fifteen minutes of this I was psyching myself out that maybe I should pick an easier video…then I realized I was halfway through already and not dying! I have so many of her videos under my belt now, and I was more prepared than I knew!! Nicole, you left me sweating but smiling by the end :)

This one felt a bit challenging than the other advanced / intermediate ones, but then this tells me i still have to work with my breathe and control under pressure. Great workout regardless!!

I have decided to try this class instead of committing to my Pilates classes again. Just recovering from months of being sick and this workout was perfect. I could pause if I felt a little fatigued and didn't feel pressured by you, Nicole. the perfect remedy for me right now.

Ok, I was nervous about this one because the side plank/plank series at the end looked so hard! But Nicole designs these programs so impeccably that before I knew it I was happily and sweatily finishing class- like always - with a deep breath, and feeling incredible. ❤ Thank you Nicole!!

This was absolutely amazing! I was sweating, my abs were engaged throughout the entire workout and burned during the abs series, and while you were cooling down at the end, I did some glutes exercises that really BURNED. THANK YOU, Nicole, for this amazing start to my week!

Hi Nicole. I love your workouts because you do a lot of work in a very short time. Could you make a video with workouts adapted to people with scoliosis? Many pilates movements are fine, but others like crunches are not so good for people with back illnesses. Anyway, I really enjoy your exercises because they are quite effective and I can do them daily even though I don't have much free time. Kind regards! Lizi from Argentina.

This was hard but I'm glad I tried it. Paused quite a few times and went back but just about managed all the moves. This is a deep level of strength.
