This is a 35 minute energy boost vinyasa yoga practice. Part 16 of the Energize series of classes. An opportunity to shed stagnation and awaken your energy with this invigorating vinyasa practice. A sequence that encourages you to move your body through different planes of motion, activating, lengthening and strengthening your core, hips and shoulders that will leave you feeling more mobile and strong giving you an energy boost for the rest of your day.
Begin with a steady warm up through your shoulders, arms and abdominal core. Flow through a creative lunge sequence to warm, activate and mobilise your hips, a standing & balancing flow building strength and focus. Backbends to boost your energy and a forward fold and happy baby to wind down before a brief shavasana. A full body, compact flow for an energy boost.
