First time i’ve had banh mi, there was a new Vietnamese Restaurant opening in my place And the first thing that came to mind is this very episode, and when I tried their banh mi, OML the best banh mi I’ve ever had. It really met my expectations so much, it was sweet, savory, and acidic (from the pickles). The bread was crispy and meat cooked to perfection. Truly, The best sandwich
