I loved this video!! Added 3 pound hand dumbbells for most of the exercises and burned about 100 extra calories. I've been adding your videos to my weekly rotation of bodyweight HIIT, resistance training, and pilates. I look forward to them every time, I always feel great and I find your calorie burn estimates are accurate unlike other videos that inflate numbers for clickbait. I'm on a staycation this week so I am trying out morning workouts vs my usual post work evening workout, and these are absolutely perfect. Thank you for sharing with us!

Your workouts are the best. i have tried doing other people's workouts but i never get to the end, it frustrates me. but when i workout with you, i always get to the end! no matter how difficult and intense the workout is, i can always do it all the way to the end. you always choose great exercises and also a great sequence! thank you, you help me stay healthy and alert🥰

I love your walking and walk and tone workouts, Olivia. I am 65 and have been working out regularly for 40 years. Although my knees prevent me from doing high inpact and a lot of floor work, I do not take any medications and am rarely sick with even a cold. I truly believe working out is what keeps me healthy. Thank you so much for providing fun, doable, and effective routines for people like me. 💞

What a rush !! This morning I felt full of energy so I decided to challenge myself : I added 1kg wrist weights and 3kg ankle weights. To be honest with you I was not sure I'd make it but I did and now I feel sooooo good !! Thanks Olivia for another great workout. You always make my days better !

Another fantastic sweary walking workout with great moves for an all body workouts. I worked up 4406 steps and loved the cooldown which was well needed! I am slowly building up my strength after a break from working out and this is great for that. Thanks for your amazing workouts - stay blessed ❤😊x

This was fantastic! My workouts usually consists of Hiit and strength so, this was perfect for a Zone 2 or 3 workout! I used my hand weights and got a great sweat and workout in. THANK YOU for these. I can't wait to add these into my routine! xo
