Thank you Emi, I burned 300+ calories in this exercise and still burning after. For almost 2 years that I am doing your work outs I definitely saw a lot of changes in my body not only physically but also mentally. I recommend this exercise. I’ve been doing this for 2-3x a week for a month. I lost 4 kgs already. From 55.75kg to 51.8kg. I also did dieting and intermittent fasting btw.

Emi is the real deal. This is the only workout three times a week minimum, adding 7,000 steps daily and IF eating and you are guaranteed to lose weight. Super Thanks Emi...

Please do more standing workout vids like that, I much prefer one long 40 min workout than having to do 4 different ones w/ 10 minutes each. I never have the courage to do another one after I finish the first, no matter how short the vid is. :')

Wew this is a low impact workout and I struggled so bad haha my legs turned to jelly after this but I feel so good for completing this huhu. Thanks, Emi! I feel my endurance increasing for withstanding this whole workout. 😊

I loved this workout! I’m 47kg and burned 300 kcal following this 45min workout. I’ve been following Emi’s workouts since February 2021 and have lost 10.5kg since through healthier eating and exercise. Emi’s workouts are so fun to follow and I even have certain workouts on repeat each week and haven’t got bored yet 😝

@@BG-ss5vc I always have my 3 meals a day and I do intermittent fasting. So fast for 16 hours and eat within an 8 hour window. Food wise, I don’t cut out the unhealthy foods like fried food - instead I just have smaller portions of it and I have increased my intake of fruit and vegetables. I also make sure I keep active for at least 30mins a day whether it is walking, following workouts videos, and then take one day rest per week or whenever my body feels like it needs to! I’ve set this goal but have noticed over time I’ve wanted to exceed this and not just do the bare minimum that I’ve set myself. This is what has worked for me and what I’d say most important is for you to turn it into the lifestyle you want. My aim is not the number on the scales anymore but feeling happy with myself and the lifestyle that I am living ☺️ You can do this!!!!

I have been doing Emi’s workout and would like to increase to 40 min. Then I found this workout just in time!! It was intense but Doable, burned without exhaustion. I will definitely be doing it at least 3 times a week, eat sensibly to see result. My motivation started with this workout on 8/30/2021!! Love your work out Emiiiii!!! 😊

don't forget to drink water! you lose a lot during exercise and that can cause headaches! try to drink a bit before, during, and after!

Starting this today: Weight - 75.2 :( Will try to do this for a week 👀☺ Day 1: Done😬😭... It looks easy unless you start doing it😭😭. Day 2: feeling so sore😩.. But still did it. Day 3: Done✅ Day 4: Done✅ Day 5: I kinda enjoyed it today😍 Day 6: Done Day 7: Never thought I'll be in love with a video 😍😂 Now my weight is 73.20 kg. I just did this video with couple of more videos of emi, tried to eat healthy and avoid junk food. I'm very happy after seeing results. Will take one day rest and will try to do it again for 1 week. 😌

Going to do this workout for 7 days and I will update the results Starting weight 58.20 Day 1 : I am almost died before 3rd set of workout This looks easy but so intense I love this I am going to slit this workout half in the morning and half in evening ✅ Wish me good luck guys Day 2 : today I challenged my body and I didn't give up I did the whole workout without rest Super burn in my body ✅ Day 3 : ✅

just want to say thank you! i had to to stop working out because my ankle couldnt manage the pressure of these exercising video. i ankle was severed 18 years ago they sew it on back but gives me hell ever since i will now use this video

Thank you so much! Now I am doing 21 day transformation of body. I am in 16th day and I feel that o loosing my weight. At least -3kg. It is very good for me! I am keeping doing and i hope i will rich the body that i am dreaming about. Thank you for giving motivation and great exercises for this.

Woah. I thought this was easy at first and kinda doubting the comment but when I tried, I immediately agreed with them. This was intense but bearable. For 2 months of constantly changing and looking for the perfect exercise finally, I found mine. I think this exercise gave the most sweat compared to my previous. I hope I can last without changing for a month.

This workout deserves more views, it's my super favorite beginner workout by Emi!!! 1. It's not too easy that it'll make you doubt it works; 2. Not too hard that you won't get to finish it (but um, I didn't on my first try, LOL); and 3. Not too short that you'd need to look for additional workout (but occasionally, I add her other workouts). Been doing Emi's workouts for 3 weeks now. From 60 kg when I started, I'm now down to 58.5kg (sometimes a bit more depending on the time of the day LOL, I gain weight at the drop of a hat).

Hi emi your workouts are effective during lockdown I did your 21 days leg challenge and the result was shocking for me as I reduced 4kgs in 2 months. My parents were also shocked and nowadays my mother always ask me to do your workouts . I had done many videos but your workout was effective and gave me result . Thank you 😊
